How to order
HOW TO ORDER ONLINE
You can now order online using our shopping cart hosted by Google Checkout. It's easy, just click on the "Add to Cart" button on each of the cookie pages to start the process and build your cart.
You'll get one email confirming we received your order and another email confirming the order was shipped/delivered.
If you're in Manhattan:
- We bake and deliver cookies Monday through Friday
- We need 24 hours notice to bake and deliver your cookies
- We deliver up to 110th in Manhattan and all the way down to the Battery for $13
- You can order online using Google Checkout; We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard
- Cookies will be baked and delivered within 24 hours of receiving your order
- Typically cookies arrive via messenger between 12 noon - 4:00 pm; Someone needs to be available to receive the cookies (doorman, office building)
- If you need your cookies on a specific day or by a specific time, call the kitchen to place your order at 646-486-3585
If you're outside of Manhattan:
- We bake and ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of each week
- We ship FedEx and cookies usually arrive one or two days after ship date
- If you need your cookies on a specific date, please call the kitchen to place your order at 646 486 3585
- FedEx overnight and Saturday delivery available (FedEx rates apply)
- We need 2-3 days notice to bake and ship your cookies
- You can order online using Google Checkout; We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes; must have a street address for all FedEx deliveries
